C Systems team offers over 20 years of experience in web development, graphical web design, programming, mobile development, project management, consulting, training and teaching which led to the development of a good customer base.

Founder

Haim Carmel - Founder & CEO
System architect and developer Haim brings over 20 years of experience as a software/hardware engineer, technologist and technical sales professional in the mobile and web applications. Prior to C Systems, Haim has held multiple lead technical roles at Intel, DataTech and SQLink. Haim holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Hadassa University - and unformal education in electronics engineering, has 2 patents pending related to the mobile GPS applications.

Co-Founder

Anton Bar - Co-Founder & CTO
Skilled manager with many years of experience, including hands-on programming, with large scale web applications, Big Data / NoSQL, XLDB (extremely large databases), Mobile apps, SaaS, and Web services using LAMP, Java, .NET, C/C++, and script-based development platforms in cloud-based and hosted environments. Highly experienced with the ins and outs of database design, capacity planning, enterprise data storage systems, performance tuning, load balancing, security, debugging and troubleshooting.
