Sets the required number of thread in WebArchiveX thread pool. All
archiving jobs, such as reading files from the Web or parsing will run on the
threads of this pool. Default value is: 4 x Number-of-processors.
If changed the current thread pool will shut down and new threads will be
created accordingly.
