Remove all tag-attribute pairs from the collection of default and custom
resources. The collection can
be filled up using AddResourceTag method. By
default, WebArchiveX considers as resources only
style sheets and background images (<LINK HREF="...">, <BODY
BACKGROUND="...">, <TD BACKGROUND="...">
and <INPUT SRC="..."> tags).
Regular images (not background) and scripts (e.g. Java Script or VB Script) are built-in and cannot be removed.
